What is a ShopRite Survey?
ShopRite Surveys are official customer feedback surveys in which customers discuss their most recent purchasing experience at ShopRite. Customers that participate help ShopRite improve its services and have the opportunity to enter the ShopRite Customer Experience Sweepstakes, which includes rewards such as $100 gift cards.
How to Get the official 2025 winners’ list
To get each winner’s first name, last initial, city, and state, please submit a self-addressed, stamped mail by February 28, 2026.

Drawing and Winner Notification
Winners are selected at random in 8 monthly draws, with 5 winners each month. The odds are based on the total number of entries in that month. Entries do not carry over. Winners will be contacted via phone, email, or mail.
- Winners are chosen through eight monthly random drawings from all eligible entries.
- Each monthly drawing is held around the 5th of the following month.
- Five winners are selected each month.
- Chances of winning depend on the number of entries received that month.
- Entries do not carry over to the next month.
- Winners will be contacted by phone, email, or mail with prize details.
Prize Conditions & Winner Responsibilities
Winners may have their reward swapped for one of equal or better value. They release ShopRite and its affiliates from all claims. If a reward is undeliverable or the winner cannot be contacted within three days, an alternate winner may be selected. Winners may be required to provide documentation, and accepting a prize grants ShopRite permission to use their name or appearance in promotional materials. ShopRite is not liable for any prize warranties.
ShopRite Survey Sweepstakes – Important Dates
The ShopRite Survey Sweepstakes is open from May 1, 2025 until December 31, 2025. Monthly submissions must be received by the final day of each month to be eligible for that month’s drawing. Mail-in entries must meet particular postmark and receipt deadlines, and winners are revealed immediately following each monthly drawing. Requests for the winner’s list must be submitted by February 28, 2026.

The Sweepstakes is open from May 1, 2025 (12:00:01 AM EST) until December 31, 2025 (11:59:59 PM EST). During this time, individuals can enter the ShopRite Sweepstakes via two distinct methods. The Sponsor’s database will be the official time tracker for all entrants.
1st: How to Enter the Survey Online
During the Sweepstakes Period, entrants can enter by visiting www.MyShopRiteExperience.com and filling out the online entry form. You must supply your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address, as well as complete a few survey questions. (Your responses will not influence your odds of winning.)
All submissions must be submitted before 11:59:59 PM ET on December 31, 2025, and received at the end of each month to be eligible for that month’s prize.
2nd: Mail-In Entry for ShopRite Sweepstakes
To enter by mail, write your complete name, address, phone number, email, and age on a 3″x5″ card. Mail it in a normal #10 envelope to:
